As we grow, we’re looking for a CRO & PPC Manager - someone proactive, and curious - to support our marketing team across a variety of tasks.
What You'll Do
* Assist with content creation and simple designs in Canva
* Support copywriting, idea generation, and creative brainstorming with tools like ChatGPT
* Help update and manage content in WordPress (no coding required)
* Assist with Google Ads setup and ad creation (under guidance)
* Participate in creating Meta/TikTok ads – both visual and video (together with a video editor)
* Support the execution of CRO experiments and A/B tests
* Take ownership of marketing-related tasks
* Communicate clearly and professionally with the team
* Suggest improvements and stay organized across multiple tasks
What We’re Looking For
* A humble, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn
* Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently
* A good sense of design and content structure
* Strong organizational skills and task management
* Fluent or advanced English (written + verbal)
* Ability to work in a remote team and ask for help when needed

* Experience with B2B
* Simple video editing workflows
