Job Description
This position focuses on contributing to the development and deployment of projects related to the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy and that of its subsidiaries.
The ESG Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. The main objective is to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with international sustainability standards, supporting the company’s corporate strategy and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various business units and internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Business Units) and coordinate with subsidiaries and affiliates.
* Monitor key ESG performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements.
* Manage internal reporting platforms to automate processes and ensure the quality and consistency of the information.
* Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports in accordance with standards such as CSRD, CDP, TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, CS3D, Ratings, etc.
* Support the preparation of the annual sustainability report and other regulatory reports.
* Track compliance with the strategic plan.
* Perform benchmarking analyses with peer companies in the sector.
* Stay updated on ESG regulations and trends at both local and international levels.
* Support internal and external audits related to ESG data.

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
* Additional training in sustainability, ESG, or non-financial reporting is a plus.
* More than 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, data analysis, or regulatory compliance roles.
* Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, TCFD, Carbon Footprint, etc.) is required.
* Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Knowledge of ESG reporting platforms (e.g., CDP, Sygris, Workiva).
* Competencies : strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear and effective communication skills, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
