Position Summary-
Ever wondered how products make it from an idea to the shelf?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to support our team. This is a coordination-focused role within the packaging production process, ideal for someone interested in how brands come to life across physical products.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Production teams to ensure the smooth delivery of packaging projects for global FMCG clients.
Job Responsibilities-
Under the responsibility of the production manager and back office coordinators within the agency, you will assist them in their daily missions:
• You will perform administrative tasks for the managers of the agency (chart tracking, reporting, customer reminders ...).
• You will be operational support in the administrative management of projects.
• You will be key part to ensure lean production processes.
• You are in direct contact with suppliers.
• You will ensure the quality of the color proofs and prepare the shipments.
• You will participate in the editing and tracking of invoices and quotes.
Important: this is not a design creation role. We are looking for someone interested in coordination, organisation and project management.
Requirements-
• You are a student at a Business School, Management, Marketing, Operations or similar university
• You are interest in project coordination and how brands/products are delivered to market
Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable
• You like teamwork and have good interpersonal skills
• Rigorous and motivated, you are looking for an instructive internship where you will be untrusted with a wide variety of missions
• Spanish and English fluent
