Join Agilent’s HR Services team to deliver accurate, compliant payroll for Germany within a multinational setting. You will work with external vendors and internal partners to ensure timely payroll processing and sound controls, while supporting data privacy and regulatory compliance. This role offers exposure to cross-country HR operations, process improvements, and training responsibilities that help scale our people operations. You’ll shape payroll processes and SLAs in a fast-paced, integrity-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Process monthly payrolls for Germany in line with cycle and standards
- Provide inputs to external payroll providers and validate outputs for accuracy
- Coordinate taxes, social charges, pensions, and insurance payments
- Resolve complex payroll issues with HR, Finance, IT and vendors
- Ensure SOX and data privacy (GDPR/nFADP) compliance and maintain documentation
- Support process improvements and maintain payroll procedures
- Represent HR Services Germany in projects and deliver training to new staff
- Build strong vendor relationships and manage service levels with internal teams
Responsabilidades
- 6+ years of experience as Payroll Specialist
- Fluent German and English; other languages a plus
- Expertise in payroll/HR processes and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and time management skills xcskxlj
- Ability to support HR managers across multiple countries
- Commitment to confidentiality and data privacy standards
- Willingness to learn new software and stay updated on HR/payroll regulations in Germany
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
