We operate like a startup: fast, ambitious, and hands-on. Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our group across France and Spain.
This is a key, cross-functional role involving administration, accounting coordination, HR support, and executive assistance. Coordinate with external accountants and support bookkeeping processes
Liaise with external service providers (accountants, legal advisors, etc.)
HR Administration
Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with payroll providers
Manage employee records, holidays, and leave tracking
Handle scheduling, documentation, and general coordination tasks
Assist with basic marketing and operational tasks as needed (campaign coordination, content updates, etc.)
