To join the Brussels European Public Affairs (EPA) Office of a well known company, Hays is recruiting an administrative assistant to support the team in their daily activities and to enable the smooth functioning of the office from an administrative perspective. The role will aslo see to a good liaison with the “ESG” Group & “EU Policy” office of the company. As the EPA Office is growing rapidly, new organizational processes will have to be implemented while existing processes will need to be closely monitored.


Your Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain a well-functioning organized EPA Office;
* Keep in touch with other European offices for internal administrative purposes.


While not restricted to the following, the daily work will include: sending internal news letters; filing internal documents; scheduling internal & external meetings; handling expenses and travel requests; welcoming guests; onboarding new EPA team members; minute taking; follow-up; agenda scheduling


Qualifications


* At least 2 years' experience with administrative and clerical work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail;
* Strong communication abilities;
* High level of integrity;
* Open to different ideas;
* Proactive and enterprising;
* Be adaptable to sudden change;
* Be transparent to all team members in relation to daily activities;
* Have advanced knowledge of English (essential);
* Have knowledge of Korean (essential);
* Have knowledge of French or Dutch (desirable).
