Mileway is seeking a talented Legal Administrator to support its Legal and Compliance team, primarily based in Luxembourg, responsible for corporate secretarial activities. This role involves managing corporate documentation, scheduling meetings, organizing legalization and apostille processes, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
* Arranging signing of corporate documents (wet ink or electronic).
* Maintaining and organizing electronic databases and preparing reports.
* Filing corporate documents properly in our database.
* Organizing legalization and apostille of documents.
* Supporting corporate filings and register excerpt orders.
* Updating companies registers.
* Communicating with internal teams such as accounting, treasury, and tax.
* Handling ad-hoc legal and compliance queries and supporting global projects including new systems and process improvements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field (Finance, Economics, etc.).
* Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
