For our client, an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Hot Section).
Information and Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine.
* At least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalent.
* Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
* Qualification from Culinary school.
* HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge.
* Upper intermediate level in English is mandatory.
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
About the job:
* If you are moving from abroad, temporary shared accommodation will be provided until you arrange your own (up to 500 € per month).
* The salary for this CDP role will range from 2,400 to 2,800 € gross per month for 40 hours per week, plus tips.
* Salary is paid monthly.
* Your duties will include food preparation and cooking in the hot section, such as preparing food before service, setting up and stocking stations, cooking and plating food, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, maintaining high standards, completing prep work efficiently, keeping workstations clean, and reporting issues.
