We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join a well-established company in the organic food industry, known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and people.
🚀 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the purchasing process, ensuring quantity and quality standards are met.
* Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
* Place and follow up on purchase orders.
* Inspect the quality of purchased goods and quickly resolve any issues.
* Analyze market and demand trends, supporting management in the development of sourcing strategies.
* Monitor and replenish inventory levels.
* Manage imports and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. French is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
