Prime Earn is the B2B monetization business unit of Prime Insights, powering rewarded experiences for millions of users worldwide. We specialize in helping mobile apps and websites unlock new and sustainable revenue streams through our unique market research inventory and high‐performing offers. Our goal is simple: increase partner revenue while delivering an exceptional and smooth rewarding experience for their users.

About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Prime Earn team. You will manage and optimize relationships across our publisher network, supporting partners who use our full monetization suite.

Your mission is to ensure partner success, identify growth opportunities, and drive long‐term performance through strong collaboration and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key mobile and web partners using Prime Earn monetization solutions

Understand partner needs and align on monetization strategy and revenue goals

Develop optimization plans to improve earnings and user engagement

Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support

Analyze performance trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations

Drive high partner satisfaction and long‐term retention

Qualifications

3+ years in client‐facing roles such as Account Management, Partnerships, or Publisher Success

Experience in adtech, mobile monetization, or survey networks preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong problem‐solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‐paced remote environment

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
