Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
1. Optimize service operations processes and support systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
2. Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
3. Identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a business analyst, working with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams.
4. Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
5. Support daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
6. Assist in onboarding and training of Production Partners.
Experience:
1. Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
2. Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
3. Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
4. Experience working in SCRUM environments.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
