As a UX Designer on Oracle’s Digital Government UX team, you will:
* Join a growing area dedicated to solutions for governments and citizens in developing countries.
* Partner with Product Management to understand and empathize with users, imagining innovative improvements.
* Collaborate with designers to create seamless, resonant user experiences.
* Work with Engineering to realize your designs.
* Gather feedback from user research to refine your work.
* Meet with stakeholders regularly to discuss progress and improvements.
* Lead design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and customer demos.
* Stay updated on design technologies and methodologies, driving process improvements.
* Develop domain expertise aligning design practices with business needs.
* Mentor less experienced designers.
* Continuously learn, grow, and face challenges.
As part of the team, you will also develop usability processes, create user profiles, analyze applications, and support product development with design insights.
