In the People & Culture unit, you will learn and give support to the team in the following tasks:
•Job posting
•Screening and review applications
•Language and technical tests
•First phone interviews
•Support in P&C interviews
•Contact person for applicants
•Support in Branding projects
•Other administrative tasks assigned within the People&Culture unit.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (Completed)
* Master’s degree in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment - Currently studying
* Willingness to commit to an internship of at least 9 months
* Fluent in English (C1) & Spanish
* Advanced IT level – (MS Office)
