BARTENDER (Seasonal)

\nABOUT THE RESORT
\n5 -star international resort located in Porto Petro (Mallorca) with high seasonal occupancy and multiple bars and dining outlets. The resort serves an international leisure guest profile.
\nROLE PURPOSE
\nThe Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience, maintaining service quality and efficiency during high seasonal demand.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non -alcoholic beverages according to standards.
\n
• Maintain bar mise -en -place and replenish stock during service.
\n
• Ensure consistency in drink presentation and portion control.
\n
• Operate bar equipment safely and correctly.
\n
• Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures at all times.
\n
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the Bar Supervisor.
\n
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
\nREQUIREMENTS
\n
• Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, resorts, or busy bars.
\n
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and international beverage standards.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
\n
• English required (intermediate). Spanish valued.
\n
• Legal right to work in the EU or valid work permit for Spain.
