Node partners with institutional investors to build multi‑bed co‑living, micro‑living and next‑generation apartment rental communities as part of its 8,000+ bed, £1bn+ AUM expansion plan.
Node is pioneering the concept of curated living, a next‑generation “build‑to‑rent” apartment community that combines traditional multifamily apartments, furnished micro‑unit studios and two‑to‑four bedroom co‑living apartments into one residential building. Amenities include residents’ lounges, co‑working spaces and curated residents’ events. The global technology platform and app drives operational efficiencies in maintenance, access control and payments. Residents are typically young professionals, entrepreneurs and freelancers who seek community connection and an all‑inclusive rent that includes locally inspired interior design, furniture, Wi‑Fi, utilities, a WFH co‑working space and assistance with finding a roommate.
