* Partner with senior leadership to define and execute site-level strategy
* Drive continuous improvement across key site metrics (quality, productivity, staffing, -training, attrition, and cost)
* Oversee workforce forecasting and planning to meet current and future client demand
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality and service objectives
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred) with extensive relevant experience
* Have strong progressive management experience, ideally within a large call centre environment
* Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
* Understand financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
* Are experienced in driving large-scale projects and business initiatives
* Full-time permanent contract with a rotative schedule, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
* On-site role with a great office location in Olivenza
