Our new nationally recognized Vocational Training project aims to provide quality education through the "learning by doing" methodology, in both face-to-face and online formats. We have training centers equipped with advanced technology and over 15,000 m2 of specialized facilities, such as laboratories, dental offices, workshops tailored to our degrees, web development and programming classrooms, and multimedia technical rooms.
We are looking for an individual responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the proper management of enrollments, documentation, and student attention, with the goal of optimizing sales processes and contributing to the growth of CEAC's commercial network.
Main functions:
* Management of student documentation.
* Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
* Ability to manage databases and CRM systems.
* Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Outlook...).
* Proactivity, organization, and adaptability.
* Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.
