Responsibilities

* Connect the flavours: Communicate with the kitchen and bar so that every dish and drink arrives on time and to perfection.

* Share your passion for gastronomy: Demonstrate your knowledge of our dishes, ingredients and preparation methods.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in similar positions in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
* Knowledge: Strong command of food and beverage service standards.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to Detail: Acuity to identify details and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
* Availability: Flexible hours to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Image: Impeccable care for personal presentation
* Languages: B2 English, other languages would be an asset.
