You will support customers of Dyson, a globally recognized premium technology brand known for innovative household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care technology, and more. As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the UK and Irish market, assisting with: Product inquiries Sales support Aftersales service Delivery‐related questions Basic technical troubleshooting The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance. You will work with multiple browser‐based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.
