We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Barcelona office. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is interested in learning more about the healthcare consulting industry.


Description of the role
*
* Manage invoicing processes and supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
* Coordinate office administration tasks and support the day-to-day functioning of the team.
* Organize agendas, meetings, and internal scheduling coordination.
* Provide operational and administrative support to the office team and management.
* Maintain organized documentation and assist with internal processes and reporting.
* Support communication with suppliers, partners, and external collaborators.
* Contribute to creating a positive and efficient office environment.
* Support creation of proposals.

Requirements for the role
*
* Previous experience in administrative management, office coordination, or similar roles.
* Fluent in English, Catalan, and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
* Proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Interest in healthcare, innovation, and consultancy environments.
* Based in Barcelona or nearby, as this is an on-site position.
