We're looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to help us grow Locallista's presence in Barcelona.In this project-based role, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying SMB leads to closing deals and mentoring the local team.You'll play a key part in shaping our expansion strategy in one of Europe's most exciting cities for expats.About Locallista:

we're expanding to Barcelona with Locallista.Es, continuing our mission to redefine the expat experience with a platform rooted in trust, transparency, and quality.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full B2B sales pipeline for BarcelonaProspect and qualify leads through outreach, messaging, and cold callingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with service providersMeet and exceed KPIs and sales targetsMentor and support the Locallista Barcelona teamShare insights to improve sales strategy and track local market trends
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must;
other languages are a plus
5+ years of B2B sales experience to SMBs with proven resultsConfident communicator who thrives on speaking with peopleTarget-driven and persistent – you don't take no for an answerHighly adaptable, self-motivated, and organisedComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
