High growth SaaS cybersecurity vendor in Valencia are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to help drive retention, renewal and upselling for their growing customer base. This role will be handling some of the largest and most strategic customers, plus being a key player in the Customer Success team.
What it takes:
* 2-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar position, with a focus on SMB and Mid-Market customers, preferably in SaaS
* Proven track record of successfully managing, renewing and growing customers from a large book of business
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to relay information in a clear manner to a customer, particularly around complicated topics and metrics
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention, renewal and upsell targets
* Familiar with key metrics within a retention team, such as NRR, ARR, Churn and Renewal Rate
* Demonstrable pipeline management skills and experience
* Someone who can work and pivot in a fast-paced startup environment
* A strong multi-tasker, who can successfully handle multiple tasks and objectives at one time
Nice to have:
* Previous experience as a CSM, helping coach and mentor other CSMs on best practices, process and workflows
* Experience working within a fast-paced start-up environment
* Previous upselling and cross-selling experience
* Full lifecycle management within an SMB and / or Mid-Market B2B environment
* Experience identifying processes or workflows that need improvement and delivering data-driven solutions
* Experience in Cyber Security
