At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager for the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your main responsibilities will include acting as a consultant for existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their requirements, and providing updates on our products.
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients' needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
4. Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans.
5. Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
6. Collaborate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company objectives.
7. Demonstrate strategic thinking and organizational skills.
8. Be tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS environments (preferred).
9. Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
10. Exhibit excellent communication skills, empathy, and multitasking abilities.
11. Be proactive, innovative, and experienced in handling churn cases and upselling.
12. Work effectively with KPIs and metrics.
13. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
