About the Role:
We are looking for professional and reliable Freelancing Associates in major cities across Spain to assist with on-site identity verification and documentation collection services. The role involves traveling to clients—often expats or foreign nationals—to collect identity documents, verify personal information, and ensure secure handling and submission.
This is a flexible, mobile role ideal for individuals who can remain on-call within their city and are comfortable traveling locally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel within your city to client locations to collect identity documents and verify details
* Conduct scheduled in-person appointments, often with expats or international clients
* Ensure secure, accurate documentation and follow all privacy and compliance protocols
* Submit collected documents through company-approved channels
* Maintain communication with coordination team and report progress
* Represent the company with professionalism and reliability
Requirements:
* Based in or near one of Spain’s major cities
* Experience in documentation handling, KYC, or verification services is a plus (training provided)
* Fluent in English and also prefer someone who is fluent in Spanish
* Mobile and available on a flexible, on-call basis
* Own a smartphone with internet access
* Reliable transportation to move within your city
* High attention to detail and data confidentiality
