This is not a conventional sales role; it is a commercial appointment for an individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale client portfolios. The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a defined commercial territory, cultivating high-value relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients across Spain. Operating with genuine autonomy, you will be supported by a leadership team that understands the complexities of closing consultative deals and has structured a compensation package that reflects the value of your success.
Your Profile
3–5 years of executive sales or business development experience in recruitment, HR technology, or talent solutions.
A solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to engage, negotiate, and close with HR directors, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
Native Spanish and strong English proficiency—essential for operating in a bilingual commercial environment.
Strategic, autonomous, and commercially sharp: you manage your pipeline with discipline and focus.
