Job Description :
Summary : FERROVIAL CONSERVACION, S.A. is seeking an Administrative Production Assistant for our Madrid office. You will support the production team by managing orders, invoicing, and stock control.
Responsibilities :
* Manage material and equipment orders for production.
* Issue invoices and handle collections.
* Control stock of materials and equipment.
* Answer phone calls and manage emails.
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Training in administration and management.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
