* Policy Administration: Handling of documentation related to insurance policies, including policy renewal and cancellation.
* Collections and Payments Management: Supervise and manage the collection of insurance premiums, payments to companies and dealers, ensuring that they are made in an accurate and timely manner.
* Database Management: Maintain and update customer and policy databases, ensuring accuracy and security of information.
* Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate policies performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
* Month-end closing information and data reconciliations with customers and insurance companies
* Process Automation: Implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative processes and reduce human error.
Qualifications
* Degree or similar
* Spanish native
* English is very valuable
* Office, Advanced Level
* 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Experience in financial/automotive sector very valuable
