Managing Director – Spanish Retail Strategy
Lead the Spanish affiliate of a general FMCG leader, overseeing the full P&L; and directing sales, marketing, finance, R&D;, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Spanish affiliate focused on retail strategy.
- Implement and manage robust processes in collaboration with International.
- Drive the expansion.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning reliability.
- Translate commercial forecasts into actionable plans.
- Implement best practices in business development.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with top clients.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in business or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as BU lead, strong business mentality, and people leadership approach.
- Work experience in European matrix environments is required.
- Excellent skills in team building and development.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
