The Project!
As a Photographer, you will collaborate with studio sets and work closely with the Photography Manager to produce high-quality fashion and product images for Pepe Jeans.
This role involves creating a diverse range of images for ecommerce, social media, and campaigns on a global scale.
What will the role entail?
* Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors' brand strategies.
* Lead on-set studio operations, working with stylists, assistants, and retouching partners to produce compelling eCommerce images.
* Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are accurately represented according to brand guidelines.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive photography workflow.
* Manage image color setup and postproduction processes.
* Ensure exposure and color accuracy while producing a high volume of images, and provide clear markup for retouching.
* Collaborate closely with the retouch team to communicate requirements regarding color issues, specific details, and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in fashion and product photography, preferably in ecommerce.
* A portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting and digital photography techniques.
* English at C1 level; proficiency in additional European languages such as Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
* Proficiency in Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
* Experience with CaptureOne.
