Mission
Your mission will be carry out administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the project during the construction phase.
Responsibilities
* Support the Construction Country Representative Manager in all administrative tasks.
* Perform administrative tasks related to project contracting, including requesting quotations, receiving orders, checking delivery notes, and reviewing invoices.
* Manage documentation related to Zelestra and subcontracted personnel for validation through the document platform.
* Maintain and organize the project’s document archive.
Job Requirements
* Higher education degree in Administration or a related field.
* At least 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector.
* Certified Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) in Construction Course – 20 or 60 hours.
