* Event management assistance (conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions)
* Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
* Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone and through email
* Event management assistance at the local, national, and/or international level
* Generating and optimizing web content
* Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook, and other online advertising channels
* Development of digital marketing strategies
* Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns on social media
* Customer support: resolving questions regarding the products or services
* Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
Requirements
* Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work autonomously
* Flexibility
* Skills and potential to help with marketing communication, Social media channels (content creation, coordination).
* Basic knowledge of Canva
* A proactive and communicative person with social skills for working in public: event management, fairs and conventions.
