Offer Description About the Project
We are seeking a highly motivated predoctoral researcher to join a cutting‑edge project focused on developing chitosan-based hydrogels enriched with FGFC1 from marine fungi. This research aims to advance stem cell regeneration and tissue repair applications in regenerative medicine.
Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct laboratory experiments on chitosan hydrogels loaded with FGFC1.
* Characterize hydrogels using microscopic, spectroscopic, and rheological techniques.
* Evaluate biocompatibility, stem cell proliferation, and regenerative potential.
* Perform cell‑based assays, gene expression studies, and protein analysis.
* Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to scientific publications.
* Present results at conferences and workshops.
Candidate Profile
Education: Master’s degree in biomedical sciences, biomaterials, bioengineering, or related field.
Experience: Hands‑on experience with hydrogels, cell culture, and regenerative medicine research preferred.
Technical Skills:
* Hydrogel fabrication & characterization
* Cell culture (primary cells & cell lines)
* Histology and immunocytochemistry (Alizarin Red, von Kossa, ALP, FITC, DAPI)
Language: English (proficient)
Strong motivation: for a predoctoral research career in regenerative medicine.
