Market Research
To visit customer site with sales and also collect market information in their region such as:
* Customer Survey Analysis
* Customer’s org chart
* Customer’s end consumer insights and trends
* Prospects and opportunity analysis
* Category Analysis
Marketing Support Service
Help promote, drive and expand our added value service to our customers to provide them with our 360 marketing solution
* Receipe support
Account Based Marketing
Will be responsible to perform research to find high-value accounts to target as well as spend time developing growth strategies from their findings. They will ensure marketing activities line up with strategies developed and ultimately translate plans to the sales team for execution. They need to ensure the follow steps are covered:
* Identify high-value target accounts – Identify key accounts that have the potential to contribute the most to the revenue of your company.
* Conduct research on those accounts - Get a good snapshot of customer needs and pain points, as well as where they are in their customer journey.
* Develop customized marketing campaigns - Using information you learned in the research phase to inform your strategy, develop creative assets that will resonate with the target account.
* Run customized marketing campaigns - Launch your campaigns to the target account.
* Measure customized marketing campaigns - Analyze the data to see how your campaigns are performing.
Online Marketing
Will be in charge of creating localized content regularly update the following marketing channels in their assigned region.
* Webinars
* SEO – Quarterly updates on the regional assigned webpage
* Social media – Weekly updates on social media platforms in where they are based – language will depend on where they are based
* Email marketing – Monthly articles that can be distributed for sales use in their regions.
Offline Marketing
Will handle the planning and implementation of offline marketing tasks in the assigned region which could cover
* Exhibitions
* Roadshows
* Print (Quarterly updates)
* PowerPoint presentations (Company introductions, products or service introductions)
Public Relations
* Build up media relations and ‘Distribution Media List’ for future press release distribution in their assigned region.
* Ensure appearance on at least one reputable news website in their assigned region.
Qualifications (Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)
* Master’s degree in a Marketing related discipline.
* Around 10 years of experience
* Knowledgable in hands on B2B2C marketing as well as the consumer market in the beverage industry.
