Administrative Assistant with French

Your profile:
* Must have working knowledge of desktop computer applications including Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Word, and PowerPoint.
* Must have prior experience in ERP systems;
Dynamics AX is a plus.
* Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in Spanish;
good understanding of English and French is an advantage.
Under the supervision of the AP Manager, the Administrative Assistant will handle tasks within the AP department, including creation and updating of master data, assigning tickets in our internal tool to AP accountants, communicating with suppliers, managing emails, and providing administrative support to the team as needed.
Main responsibilities & tasks:
* Creation and update of master data.
* Communicating with suppliers to support the AP team.
* Maintaining and supporting the ticketing system.
* Reviewing and assigning tickets related to incidents from schools and suppliers.
* Supporting on ticket responses to suppliers and reviewing payments with the AP team.
* Following up on issues to ensure timely resolution or escalation.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
* Processing expense reports.
