As adoption continues to grow, the focus is on <b>strengthening core CRM capabilities, enhancing sales processes and enabling divisions with scalable solutions</b>.</p><p>We are seeking a talented and motivated <b>Salesforce CRM Analyst/Developer</b> to support divisional needs, contribute to solution enhancements, and ensure the platform delivers tangible business value.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p>The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for <b>supporting the evolution and deployment of Salesforce solutions</b> across divisions with a primary focus on Europe.</p><p>The role combines:</p><ul><li><b>Business analysis and process understanding</b></li><li><b>Solution design and configuration</b></li><li><b>Hands-on Salesforce development</b></li></ul><p>You will work closely with the <b>Global CRM Lead and CRM Tea</b>, contributing to improvements and implementations while respecting ITW’s decentralized operating model.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines <b>strong Salesforce expertise, business process acumen, and a transformation mindset</b>, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Project Support & Enhancements</b></p><ul><li>Contribute to CRM projects and rollouts at divisional level.</li><li>Support requirements gathering and solution design workshops.</li><li><b>Deliver enhancements such as:</b></li><li>Process automation</li><li>UX improvements</li><li>Better reporting and dashboards</li><li>Work in Agile frameworks, managing user stories, backlog, and sprint deliverables.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Divisional CRM Support & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Support Salesforce usage across divisions, primarily in Europe.</li><li>Analyze business needs and translate them into practical, scalable CRM solutions.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, data quality, and user experience.</li><li>Ensure solutions remain aligned with core templates and best practices, while allowing divisional flexibility.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Salesforce Configuration & Development</b></p><ul><li><b>Design and implement solutions using a mix of:</b></li><li>Declarative tools (Flows, approval processes, layouts)</li><li>Programmatic development (Apex, LWC)</li><li><b>Develop and maintain:</b></li><li>Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs</li><li>Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC)</li><li>Balance configuration vs custom development for simplicity and maintainability.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Platform Operations (Europe Scope)</b></p><ul><li><b>Support day-to-day Salesforce operations:</b></li><li>User setup, permissions, roles</li><li>Data management and imports</li><li>Issue resolution and system monitoring</li><li>Ensure platform stability, performance, and data consistency.</li><li><b>Collaborate with Data Stewards on:</b></li><li> Data quality</li><li> Deduplication</li><li> Data governance practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Position Requirements</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>General</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and structured mindset.</li><li>Business-oriented approach with the ability to understand sales processes.</li><li>Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Programming background (e.g., Java or similar).</li><li>Minimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce CRM roles.</li><li>Experience working with business stakeholders in operational environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li>Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.</li><li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator + Platform Developer I/II preferred).</li><li>Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.</li><li><b>Proven hands-on development experience:</b></li><li>Apex</li><li>Aura/Lightning Web Components</li><li><b>Strong knowledge of:</b></li><li>Salesforce data model</li><li>SOQL/SOSL</li><li>Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)</li><li>Experience with integrations (APIs, SAP/ERP systems).</li><li>Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)</b></p><ul><li>Experience using AI-assisted tools to support business analysis, development, testing, and documentation.</li><li>Experience with Power BI, data analytics, and data visualization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Location: Spain. Candidates must be based in Spain, preferably Barcelona metropolitan area or within reasonable commuting distance.</b></p>
