About The Job
South Europe Technologies (S.ET Iberia) is one of BNP Paribas Personal Finance’s shared services centers, dedicated to delivering outstanding IT solutions to BNP Paribas Personal Finance entities around the world.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and communicate the entity’s correspondence (postal and digital) to the relevant areas.
- Coordinate business trips, transfers, hotel reservations, and reimbursements for our employees through the Group’s approved travel tool.
- Organize meetings with the entity’s Management Committee and other corporate events (meals, dinners, or events in the auditorium), managing participant availability, sending invitations, business cards, and coordinating catering, etc.
- Provide operational support to the SET vendor management area, progressively assisting with tasks such as organizing meetings and other committees with stakeholders, supporting the management of external collaborators, etc.
- Maintain optimal cashflow levels by controlling reports and executing effective collection strategies for overdue accounts.
- Serve as a point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries regarding payment status, and coordinate the intake and distribution of vendor invoices for internal approval and timely processing.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing invoices and manage the electronic dispatch to the clients.
- Provide finance support daily operations, contributing to effective cost control, personal monitoring and internal control activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written) / French (optional).
- You are curious, analytical, and pay attention to detail. You feel comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as working in a team and maintaining constant communication with Senior Managers, and strategic partners.
