Head of Lobby (iGaming) – Commercial & Product Leadership
A leading global iGaming organisation is searching for a Head of Lobby to own and elevate one of the most strategically important parts of the player experience: the lobby.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how millions of players discover content, engage with products, and move across an entire gaming ecosystem. Sitting within the Commercial organisation and working closely with Product, Analytics, and Marketing, you'll turn insights into measurable outcomes that drive engagement, discovery, and revenue.

What You'll Lead
Commercial Ownership & Adoption
Define and champion the lobby's value proposition across global operators
Drive adoption, expansion, and cross‐sell opportunities across product verticals
Build operator‐facing materials (decks, demos, case studies) that support sales and upsell
Partner with Account Management to identify underutilised opportunities and unlock growth
Lobby Performance & Optimisation
Own all lobby KPIs and performance tracking
Translate insights into prioritised actions across engagement, conversion, retention, and cross‐sell
Ensure tracking frameworks (tagging, parameters, reporting) are implemented and validated
Step into analysis directly when needed to unblock decisions or accelerate progress
Product Testing & Validation
Oversee QA and UAT processes for lobby features
Act as the final commercial checkpoint before releases
Follow up on issues, verify fixes, and ensure smooth deployment cycles
Continuously evaluate and improve testing and validation processes
Strategic Product Input
Convert commercial insights into clear product requirements and business cases
Influence roadmap priorities with measurable commercial impact
Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with operator and player needs
Own best practices for lobby structure, content placement, and game discovery
Playtest competitor lobbies and document repeatable evaluation frameworks
Deliver actionable competitive analysis and anticipate market direction
Explore adjacent industries for inspiration and innovation opportunities
Lead a small, high‐impact team across sales enablement, operations, validation, and analytics
Set clear priorities and translate commercial needs into actionable direction
Step in hands‐on when needed to unblock progress and accelerate deliverBuild scalable processes as the function grows
What You Bring
Strong experience in commercial roles within Casino/iGaming
Proven ability to work with BI and data science teams to extract and interpret operational data
Ability to prepare and present complex information clearly across varied audiences
Experience conducting competitive analysis and turning insights into action
Ideally: experience analysing acquisition, retention, and UX data in large‐scale digital products
Ideally: experience testing or playtesting digital games
Ideally: some technical understanding of how digital products are built
Role can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, Isle of Man, or remote.
