Desired Competencies:
* Possess knowledge on end-to-end datacenter architecture and solutioning, including physical and virtual infrastructure
* Deep understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and storage technologies
* Good Understanding of OpenStack DRS, HA, and migration activities
* Develop scalable, resilient, and cost-effective datacenter migration strategies
* Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate deployments
* Ensure data center compliance with security standards and industry best practices
* Work closely with key external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions for datacenters
* Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop a blueprint based on the customer's geographical area, with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, application, and operations)
* Optimize performance, capacity planning, and Business continuity planning for data centers
Strong understanding xhfqzwm of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
Good-to-Have:
* Experience with IT Service Management Tools (Service Now)
* Knowledge of ITIL Processes and ITIL certified
Preferred certifications include EMC Proven Professional Data Center Architect (EMCDCA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), OpenStack Cloud Certified or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
