Investment Underwriting : Assist in the financial modelling and analysis of potential real estate acquisitions across multiple property types and geographies in Europe. Build and maintain detailed discounted cash flow models, sensitivity analyses, and return projections to evaluate investment opportunities against established return thresholds and risk parameters.
Presentations & Proposals : Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.
Asset Management : Assist the team with the asset management of the portfolio under management, such as capex initiatives, reporting, client presentations, and assess leasing proposals.

What We’re Looking For
Academic Excellence : On track for at least a 7.0–8.9 notability (Very Good) at higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
Investment Management Knowledge & Interest : Academic background or demonstrated interest in Finance or Real Estate, relevant coursework, participation in investment clubs, managing a virtual portfolio, following market commentary, reading financial news.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced functions, financial modelling, data analysis. Familiarity with financial statements and real estate metrics such as cap rates, IRR, NOI, and cash‑on‑cash returns. Experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar, REIS, or other real estate software is a plus.
Analytical Capabilities : Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings.
Communication Skills : Fluent in English and Spanish and preferably a third language. Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in team settings, actively listen, contribute constructively, and adapt working style to deliver team goals.
Critical Thinking : Ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers, propose balanced solutions.
Microsoft Office Proficiency : Strong competency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
Initiative and Ownership : Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision.
Practical Requirements : Students in their penultimate year graduating in 2026 or 2027, right to live and work where the internship is located, ability to work full duration from May/June to July/August.
