We are looking for a Scrum Master
An experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.
Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies).
Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed.
Maintain delivery governance: ensure Jira tickets are updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies.
Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and remove blockers.
Ability to foster collaboration within squads and across teams.
Organizational and analytical mindset to track progress, priorities, and dependencies.
Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to maintain focus on team performance and outcomes.
✅ Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies.
Experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira.
Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs, and monitor delivery execution.
Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
