Job Description Summary
Provides reporting and financial analysis to management to help control operating costs and improve profitability.Overseeing the standard-setting process, evaluating new products, performing a make-buy and sourcing decision analysis, and closing the monthly books from an inventory perspective.Ensuring that internal controls are maintained and kept in compliance with GAAP and GAAS.Overseeing the preparation and analysis of cost reports and costing audits.Supervising and training staff of cost accountants, analysts, and clerks.

Proporcionar informes y análisis financieros a la gerencia para ayudar a controlar los costes operativos y mejorar la rentabilidad. Supervisar el proceso de establecimiento de estándares, evaluar nuevos productos, realizar un análisis de decisiones de compra y abastecimiento y cerrar los libros mensuales desde una perspectiva de inventario. Mantener los controles de acuerdo con GAAP y GAAS. Supervisar la preparación y análisis de informes de costes y auditorías de costes. Supervisar y formar al personal de contabilidad, analistas y empleados de costes.
Job Description
Main tasks:
1. Assistance in the preparation of monthly budgets/forecasts and closings.
2. Analysis of the deviations arising in the monthly results.
3. Analysis and control of profitability and margins by business line and production center.
4. Cost reduction and resource optimization projects.
5. Validation of the consistency of the information coming from the different areas (logistics, sales, stock, inventory...)
6. Reporting of the reports planned in the area, with situation indicators and improvement proposals.
7. System improvements and internal circuits, and standardization and optimization of processes.
Among others assigned to the job position.

Principales funciones:
8. Ayuda a la realización de presupuestos/Forecast/ mensuales y cierres.
9. Análisis de las desviaciones que surjan en los resultados mensuales.
10. Análisis y control de la rentabilidad y los márgenes por línea de negocio y centro productivo.
11. Proyectos de reducción de costes y optimización de recursos.
12. Validación de la consistencia de la información que proviene de las diferentes áreas (logística, ventas, stock, inventario...)
13. Reporting de los informes previstos en el área, con indicadores de situación y propuestas de mejora.
14. Mejoras del sistema y circuitos internos, y estandarización y optimización de procesos.
Entre otros asignados al puesto de trabajo.
Required Skills and Education
REQUIREMENTS
15. Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
16. Experience in the finance/controlling area for at least 3 years
17. Good level of English.
18. Mastery of the office package and specifically Oracle as ERP
19. Analytical, proactive, dynamic and predisposed person.
20. Committed and collaborative person

21. Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
22. Experiencia en el área de finanzas/controlling mínimo 3 años
23. Buen nivel de inglés.
24. Dominio del paquete office y concretamente Oracle como ERP
25. Persona analista, proactiva, dinámica y con predisposición.
