Leadership in Requirements Gathering: Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications. Advanced Business Process Analysis: Evaluate and redesign existing business processes and systems to identify and implement improvements and optimizations. Strategic Solution Design: Collaborate with senior D&T and business leaders to design and propose strategic solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals. Initiative Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, and within scope. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Act as a primary liaison between business units and D&T, facilitating clear and effective communication and managing stakeholder expectations. Testing and Validation Oversight: Oversee and coordinate comprehensive testing of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain and oversee the creation of detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications. Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts and end-users to ensure effective utilization of new systems and processes. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on information systems. Industry Experience: Experience working with Legal and Regulatory teams in either the Consumer Packed Goods, Chemical, Pharma industry, or similar is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus Certifications: Project Management, Scrum, Agile or similar certifications are valued.
