Areas of Responsibility:
• Responsible for all commercial aspects related to customer contract
• Responsible for Contract clarification, e.g., terms and conditions...
• Responsible for equipment & accessories contract processing
• Provide consistency with the OTC guideline by managing relevant processes and transactions related to the customer contract
• Collaboration with the Contact Controller on contract clarification - e.g., terms and conditions, country legal review, etc.
• Setup of SAP contract structure
• Support Change Order process towards the customer, involving internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update contract records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution.
• Contract billing activities to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Experience, Skills / Capabilities and Education:
• 1-2 year of experience in Finance or Order-To- Cash (OTC) processes/areas
• SAP knowledge and experience
• English skills (written and verbal)
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
