Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation techniques
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and promotions
Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to navigate a CRM system and use sales software proficiently
Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
