As an Account Manager in Malaga (on-site), you will be part of our team of innovators driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

What You Will Do In This Role
* Be the primary contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and establishing long-term relationships.
* Manage the sales process from lead to purchase, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
* Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to meet their needs with cloud technologies.
* Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
* Present competitive offerings and solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of the Customer”.
Your Qualifications

* Proficiency in German and English.
* 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven success record, including at least 1 year in the IT industry and 1 year in account or customer management.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience with modern sales techniques and tools, including retail, internships, or entrepreneurial ventures.
* Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
* Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of the IT industry.
* Passion for cloud technologies and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365.
* Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
