SenerAerospace and Defence is currently looking for a HW Electronics Designer to join our Avionics and Flight System Division at our Tres Cantos work center (Madrid).

What you will do :
* Detailed design of HW-Electronics (functions or boards) for space and defence applications.
* Preparation of design-related analysis and simulations (performance, FMEA, parts stress).
* Preparation of test plans and procedures.
* Characterization and testing of different designs.
* Support to requirement analysis activities :
requirements assessment, criticality, complexity, cost-driving analysis, requirements flow-down.
* Documentation of the proposed design (design definition files).
* Support to other project areas such as Project Management, thermal & structural engineering, V&V engineering, PCB layout and design, manufacturing, and integration.
* Participation in the company's know-how evolution within the involved discipline.
* Contribution to design improvements (functions, tools, user information).
What we expect from you :
* High level of English.
* Highly desirable :
experience in RF and high data rate board design.
* Skills in electronic design tools :
schematics capture, analysis, and simulation.
* Knowledge and practice in related areas :
programming in Python, C, C++, VHDL, basic Matlab, basic thermal concepts.
* Desirable :
familiarity with defence or space development standards and norms.
* Willingness for digital / connected industry trends :
data analytics, process automation, cross-collaboration tools, model-based engineering.
* A person driven towards traceable and rigorous work.
