The marketplace team at Leroy Merlin Spain is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed New Account Manager to support marketplace growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses, lead growth initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of e-commerce. The New Account Manager will play a key role in improving the Customer and Seller experience and ensuring marketplace success.
Responsibilities
1. Prospect the market to generate leads, lead negotiations with Sellers, and support their growth and long-term success on the marketplace.
2. Understand internal and external factors impacting the marketplace to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.
3. Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize prospects, and recruit high-potential Sellers.
4. Educate and advise Sellers with data-driven insights to optimize their success.
5. Coordinate projects across departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Analyze business opportunities to meet revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
Basic Qualifications

* Experience in developing innovative solutions in a dynamic business environment.
* Highly organized, results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
* Strong commercial, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university.
