We’re looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Product Owner who can lead delivery while shaping the product vision. We’re looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Product Owner who can lead delivery while shaping the product vision. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring the platform delivers value, scalability, and compliance.
In This Role, You Will
Product OwnershipDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with business strategyGather and prioritize requirements from stakeholdersOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with user needsValidate features through user feedback, testing, and iterative improvementsProject ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teamsMonitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely deliveryFacilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid)Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and energy regulations
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
Relevant experience in project management and/or product ownershipProven track record delivering enterprise platforms, preferably in energy, utilitiesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with invoicing systems, energy billing, or transactional platforms
These Will Help You Stand Out
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Background in energy sector or regulated industriesTechnical fluency to collaborate effectively with development teamsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS) and integration strategies
