This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in Southern Europe.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial strategy and business development efforts for the Marbella region.Oversee a team of agents and team assistant, setting clear goals and driving high performance.Ensure profitability and growth of the business unit, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Represent the Lucas Fox brand in the region, fostering key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Identify market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency.Monitor KPIs and report regularly to the Regional Director and company leadership.Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent within the office.Guarantee that compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction levels are consistently high.RequirementsAt least 5 years of proven experience in commercial leadership positions within the Marbella real estate market.Proven experience leading sales teams in high-performance environments.Strong understanding of the Marbella real estate market and international client base.Native or fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating multicultural teams.Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.High level of personal presentation and professionalism.What We OfferFull-time permanent contract.Competitive fixed salary + attractive variable compensation based on team and office performance.Ongoing training and development opportunities (leadership, languages, technology, and more).Discounts and incentives with top brands in lifestyle, fitness, travel, and fashion.The opportunity to lead a strategic office, with high visibility and potential for career growth.Are you ready to lead our Marbella office to the next level?Apply today and be part of a dynamic and growing international company reshaping the future of real estate.
