With over 4,000 employees and a strong international network of growers and suppliers, we are committed to shaping wellbeing for the world through sustainable growth, innovation and strong partnerships. </p><p><b> Now we're looking for a Quality Coordinator Citrus to join our Quality team, supporting product integrity, food safety and legal compliance for citrus products. </b></p><p></p><p><b> Here's what you will do: </b></p><p> Support product integrity, food safety and legal compliance for oranges, mandarins, lemons, grapefruit and other citrus products. You will coordinate due diligence, quality records, compliance data, product information and corrective action follow-up across the citrus supply base. </p><p> Working under defined technical frameworks, you will support Quality, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain teams by keeping documentation, portals and quality information accurate and audit-ready, while escalating risks to the Quality Manager or relevant technical lead. </p><p></p><p><b> Some key responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Collect, review and maintain due diligence documentation for citrus products in line with legal, customer and internal requirements. </li><li> Coordinate timely upload of compliance data, specifications, test results and supporting evidence into internal and external systems. </li><li> Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and highlight missing, expired or non-compliant documentation. </li><li> Support grower and supplier risk assessments by preparing information, reviewing evidence and tracking action plans. </li><li> Coordinate site visit outputs, audit findings and corrective action follow-up with growers, packhouses and internal stakeholders. </li><li> Support creation, maintenance and updating of product specifications and quality standards. </li><li> Coordinate citrus sampling, inspection feedback, laboratory testing and trend data where required. </li><li> Respond to routine information requests and escalate significant or recurring gaps appropriately. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What you need to bring: </b></p><ul><li> Degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, Horticulture or related discipline is advantageous. </li><li> Experience in a quality, technical, compliance, supply chain or fresh produce coordination role, ideally involving citrus. </li><li> Recognised training in Food Safety, HACCP, Quality Management or fresh produce quality assurance is advantageous. </li><li> Experience maintaining due diligence records, portals, specifications, audit documentation and quality data. </li><li> Understanding of European requirements, food safety principles, HACCP, BRCGS/BRC environments, supplier approval and traceability expectations. </li><li> Excellent spoken and written English; Spanish communication skills are required. </li><li> Strong document control, data accuracy, organisation, supplier follow-up, communication and risk escalation skills. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What it is like to work at Fyffes: </b></p><p> We are ambitious but grounded, combining high performance with a people-first culture.
